Singapore marks its sixth straight year at the top of the rankings, and is joined there by Hong Kong and Paris. A beer can cost as much as $18 (glad I don't drink beer) mixed drink can be $25.00. So bought 2 drinks in 4 days - $40.00..... Restaurants prices can be out of site too! Very easy to spend $300-400. for 2 people.
